Gary Koenig is Vice President of Financial Security at the AARP Public Policy Institute, where he leads a team working on economic and consumer issues important to helping people achieve and maintain financial security as they age. Since 2016, he has directed the development of the AARP strategy on savings and financial planning, the goal of which is to drive better financial health by influencing public policy, private industry, and personal behavior.
